Elmwood Homes sends text messages to people who ask us to. Here is exactly what that means.
What you will receive
Replies from your Relationship Manager, reminders for design and pre-construction appointments, updates on your home as it is built, and occasional notes about new communities and move-in-ready homes.
How you opted in
You gave us your mobile number in one of these ways: on a form on this website, through the chat on this website, on a form at one of our communities or model homes, or verbally to a member of our team who recorded your consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy a home from Elmwood Homes.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process. During design and pre-construction you will hear from us more often than you will while you are still deciding.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Elmwood Homes.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that.
