No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors in support of the services we provide — such as a lender, title company or design partner working on your home — excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party.
What we collect
When you give us your mobile number we record the number, the date and the way you gave it to us — a web form, our chat, a form at one of our communities, or verbally to a member of our team.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to confirm and remind you about appointments, to keep you updated on your home during construction, and to let you know about new communities and available homes.
Who sees it
Your Relationship Manager and the Elmwood Homes staff working on your home. Where a lender, title company or design partner needs your contact details to do their part of your build, we share only what they need — and never your text messaging opt-in or consent.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer or an active prospect, and afterwards only as long as we are required to for legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
